Pets

Dog's are not allowed in or around the toilet facilities
Dog's must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
All dogs must be exercised off site. Fouling must be cleaned up immediately.
We do not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.

Smoking

No smoking inside Pods, Static Lodge or Toilets. Smoking outside is allowed and inside your own caravans. .

Check In & Check Out Times

Earliest check in is 2.00pm or 3.30pm depending on your accommodation. Latest check in is 6.30pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 11.00am or 10.00am depending on your accommodation.

Other Policies

No refunds for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

We recommend that you have holiday insurance

Guests are asked to avoid any noise or nuisance that may disturb other customers.

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Quiet hours must be respected between 10.00pm and 7.30am.

Occupancy

No hen/stag parties permitted.

Occupancy cannot exceed the number stated on the booking form. A maximum of 6 persons per unit.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground (at least 12 inches) and attended by an adult at all times. Do not put hot pans or disposable BBQ's on the grass until they have cooled to hand touchable. 

Children must be supervised by their parents at all times.

Fire extinguishers and first aid kits are available on site.

No rough or disturbing games are allowed at the campsite.

Open fires and fire pits are prohibited. Only charcoal is permitted to be burnt on site but must be raised over 12 inches above the ground. 

Electric appliances used on site must not be faulty.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (a vehicle used for carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Converted commercial vehicles must have side and rear windows. They must also have properly fitted external electrical connection points. No putting cables through windows or doors.

The site speed limit is 5mph

Sorry we do not accept continental caravans (Hobby etc).
